Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and pa99 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the pa99 online gaming platform accessible at https://pa99.ws. By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any content or service on pa99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the pa99 platform.

pa99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision took effect.

• "Account" — The personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, identified by the Player's registered Bangladeshi mobile number.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload incentive, or other reward granted to a Player by pa99 subject to stated wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification — the identity and payment-method verification process required by pa99 before a Player's first withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — Any action by a Player that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated software, or creation of multiple accounts.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on pa99, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name and valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be the subject of a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must be the registered owner of all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card) used for deposits and withdrawals on your Account.
• You must hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

The following provisions govern the creation and ongoing maintenance of your pa99 Account:

pa99 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any funds, credits, bonuses, or game history associated with it to any other person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions conducted through your pa99 Account:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction for all supported payment methods.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) that is registered in your own legal name and matches your pa99 KYC details.
• pa99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside pa99's control and are your responsibility.
• pa99 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it cannot be verified or if it is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your pa99 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must successfully complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of your registered payment method.
• pa99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of the withdrawal process. Withdrawal requests submitted while an Account is under review may be held pending resolution.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pa99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the stated rollover requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players once only unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring or unlimited offer.
• pa99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types or categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
• pa99 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings, and close an Account if it reasonably suspects that a Player has attempted to abuse any bonus or promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Bonus funds are credited to a Player's bonus balance and are distinct from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing wagers. The order in which funds are applied is determined by pa99's platform logic and is not subject to Player modification.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pa99. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other non-human method to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, manipulate game results, or share information in a way that confers an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or any financial crime.
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts, or allowing another person to operate your Account on your behalf in exchange for a share of winnings or any other consideration.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or misconfiguration of the Platform to gain an advantage not intended by pa99.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pa99 support staff or other players, or posting harmful, defamatory, or illegal content in any communication channel associated with pa99.

pa99 employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. The Platform reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that is flagged by these systems while an investigation is conducted. pa99's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final.

7. KYC and Identity Verification

pa99 is committed to responsible platform operation and takes all reasonable steps to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawals. The following KYC requirements apply:

• All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be approved. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Players must also provide proof of ownership of their registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing the account holder's name matching the pa99 Account name).
• pa99 may request enhanced due-diligence documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations, bank statements, or additional photo ID. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

All KYC documents submitted to pa99 are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. Documents are stored securely using SSL encryption and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

pa99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following tools and resources to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account.
• Session time limits — restrict the maximum duration of any single gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods — take a short break from gaming for a defined number of days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or temporarily suspend your Account from all gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pa99 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and brand elements, is the exclusive property of pa99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written permission from pa99. Unauthorised use of pa99's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pa99 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds arising from your own gaming decisions, including losses incurred during gameplay on any game available on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pa99's reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service provider failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pa99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pa99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. 11. Amendments to These Terms

pa99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pa99 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify affected Players by SMS or email to their registered contact details at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to pa99's support team at [email protected] for resolution. pa99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. pa99's decision on all operational, gaming, and platform-related disputes is final and binding on the Player. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gaming is conducted in a legal grey area and accept that they use the Platform at their own risk and responsibility.
